Instructions
- Mix cake mix with 1/2 evaporated milk and bake as box directs until firm, using two 8-inch rounds.
- Meanwhile, melt caramels with remaining milk.
- On first layer of cake, layer with melted caramels, nuts and chocolate chips.
- Top with second layer.
- Place the Hershey bars on top of cake and bake until melted.
- Cool completely before cutting.
