Ingredients

  • 1 head purple cauliflower
  • 2 cups chicken stock
  • 1 cup flower
  • 2 eggs
  • salt to taste
  • other spices to taste

Instructions

  1. cut head into flowerets
  2. beat 2 eggs
  3. soak in eggs and then coat with flower
  4. place in baking dish
  5. coat with olive oil
  6. add chicken stock
  7. broil on high until liquid is boiling and cauliflower is tender.
