Ingredients

  • 4 cucumbers
  • 1 large onion
  • apple cider vinegar
  • slaw dressing
  • sugar

Instructions

  1. Peel and slice cucumbers.
  2. Cut onion into rings.
  3. Mix together slaw dressing and add about 1 tablespoon sugar and 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar.
  4. Taste for your own tart or sweetness desired.
  5. Mix with cucumbers and onion.
  6. Let chill for at least 1 hour so flavor mixes.
