Quick Alfredo Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1/4 c. oleo, melted
  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 1 1/2 c. water
  • 2 chicken bouillon cubes
  • 1 1/2 c. half and half
  • 1/4 to 1/3 c. chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Melt 1/4 cup oleo in saucepan.
  2. Add 1/4 cup flour gradually. Stir constantly until smooth.
  3. Add chicken bouillon cubes to water and dissolve.
  4. Add to first mixture.
  5. Add half and half.
  6. Add parsley.
  7. Stir until
  8. thickened.
  9. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted.
  10. Serve over fettucine.
