- Melt 1/4 cup oleo in saucepan.
- Add 1/4 cup flour gradually. Stir constantly until smooth.
- Add chicken bouillon cubes to water and dissolve.
- Add to first mixture.
- Add half and half.
- Add parsley.
- Stir until
- thickened.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted.
- Serve over fettucine.
