Ingredients

  • 1 whole Red Bell Pepper, Seeded And Chopped
  • 2 whole Green Bell Peppers, Seeded And Chopped
  • 2 whole Tomatoes, Chopped
  • 1 whole Head Of Garlic, Peeled
  • 1 whole Handful Of Flat Leaf Parsley
  • 1 whole Handful Of Fresh Cilantro
  • 2 whole Medium Yellow Onions, Chopped

Instructions

  1. Toss everything into a food processor and chop down into a nice sauce consistency.
  2. You can use sofrito in most anything, trust me, this is a real winner!
