Ingredients

  • 1 can Diced tomatoes. I like the already flavored with garlic, onion & oregano
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 clove garlic, chopped fine

Instructions

  1. Drain can of tomatoes well.
  2. Empty into a bowl
  3. Mix in olive oil, chopped garlic
  4. Cover and chill for at least 30 min
