Ingredients

  • 3 oz. lemon jello
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
  • 1 can stewed tomatoes

Instructions

  1. Dissolve the lemon jello in boiling water.
  2. When slightly cooled, add fresh lemon juice and canned stewed tomatoes.
  3. Mix well together, using hands if desired.
  4. Pour into molds or a square pan.
  5. Refrigerate until set, then serve on lettuce leaves.
