Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
  • 1 can Ro-Tel sauce, chopped and diced (optional)
  • 1 to 2 jalapeno peppers, chopped (optional)
  • 1 (8 oz.) can salsa (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cut cheese into small blocks.
  2. In a pan, place cheese and Ro-Tel on a low flame.
  3. Once cheese has melted, add peppers; cook for 2 minutes.
  4. Serve with your favorite chips or meat and vegetables.
