Quick & Easy Cheesy Broccoli

Instructions
- Chop the broccoli into florets and manageable stem pieces or cut it into thinner stems with the tops attached.
- Steam the broccoli lightly so it's crunchy but tender. Remove from heat so it stops cooking. Drain.
- While steaming the broccoli
- brown the butter until it's golden tan and smells nutty. Remove it immediately from the heat so it doesn't scorch. As soon as it's ready toss it with the broccoli
- Then toss with cheese.
- Serve
