Peach Clafoutis
Ingredients
- 1 (15 oz) can peach slices in natural juice, drained on paper towels until dry ⓘ
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar, plus 1 tbsp ⓘ
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour ⓘ
- 1/4 cup self-rising flour ⓘ
- 4 None large eggs ⓘ
- 2/3 cup heavy cream ⓘ
- 1/3 cup milk ⓘ
- 2 tsp vanilla extract ⓘ
- None None powdered sugar, for dusting ⓘ
- None None whipped cream, to serve ⓘ
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a large baking dish. Arrange peaches in prepared dish.
- Combine 1/2 cup sugar and flour in a large bowl. Gradually whisk in eggs, cream, milk and vanilla. Pour over peaches and sprinkle with remaining sugar. Bake for 55-60 mins, until golden and just set.
- Dust with powdered sugar. Serve with whipped cream.
