Quick & Easy Pasta Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 Wacky Mac Noodles (or other spiral pasta)
  • 1 can Yellow Corn
  • 1 can Black Beans
  • 1/4 cup Salsa (I used On the Border Cantina Style)

Instructions

  1. Boil the wacky mac in a pot of water until cooked.
  2. Then drain & return to pot.
  3. Open, drain, and rinse the black beans & corn.
  4. You should rinse it to remove any unnecessary salt.
  5. Dump the black beans & corn into the pot of noodles.
  6. Pour the Italian dressing & salsa into the pot.
  7. Mix everything together with a large spoon.
  8. Serve either right away (warm) or store in fridge for at least 30 minutes to serve cold.
