Ingredients

  • 2 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 3 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/3 c. vegetable oil
  • 2/3 c. low-fat milk

Instructions

  1. Mix dry ingredients.
  2. Add oil to milk and pour into dry mix. Stir until mixture makes a ball and cleans the bowl sides.
  3. Knead 8 to 10 times on waxed paper without additional flour.
  4. Roll to 1/4 to 1/2 inch thickness as desired.
