Quick Frying-Pan Zucchini

Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 3 medium zucchini, grated coarsely
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic salt

Instructions

  1. Place olive oil in heavy skillet.
  2. Add zucchini and garlic salt to heated oil, then add the dry vermouth.
  3. Put lid on pan and shake about 2 minutes.
  4. Pour off excess liquid; shake another 1 minute.
  5. Serve immediately.
