Instructions
- Place olive oil in heavy skillet.
- Add zucchini and garlic salt to heated oil, then add the dry vermouth.
- Put lid on pan and shake about 2 minutes.
- Pour off excess liquid; shake another 1 minute.
- Serve immediately.
