Quick Garlic Onion Ring

Ingredients

  • 1/4 c. green onions, chopped finely
  • 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 pkg. (10 biscuit size) refrigerated regular or buttermilk biscuits

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°.
  2. Combine onions, butter and garlic in a small bowl, set aside.
  3. Separate dough into individual biscuits. Gently pull apart each biscuit to separate into two halves, making 20 pieces.
  4. Brush one side of each piece with garlic-onion mixture.
  5. Arrange pieces, onion side up, and overlapping, in a 9-inch circle on ungreased baking sheet.
  6. Bake 10 to 12 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Makes 1 ring.
