Ingredients

  • 7 cups grapes, whole and washed
  • 3 1/2 cups sugar

Instructions

  1. Put 1 cup grapes into a scalded quart jar; add 1/2 cup sugar and fill to within 1/2 inch of top with boiling water.
  2. Repeat this process 6 more times to fill all jars.
  3. Process the jars in boiling water bath for 20 minutes to preserve.
  4. Allow the jars to cool and store the grape juice.
  5. To serve, pour the juice through a tea strainer into glasses.
