Ingredients

  • 1 head lettuce, torn
  • 2 tomatoes, sliced
  • 12 ripe or Greek olives
  • 1 cucumber, sliced
  • 1/2 lb. cubed Feta cheese

Instructions

  1. Mix ingredients.
  2. Sprinkle liberally with oregano and freshly ground black pepper.
  3. Toss with a dressing of 1 part lemon juice and 2 parts good olive oil.
