Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 tablespoon ground cumin
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients and whisk until smooth.
  2. Serve with the vegetable tagine, above.
