Ingredients

  • 1 potato
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Peel and shred potato in food processor seperate into 2 or 3 piles depending on potato size
  2. Warm olive oil on medium fire in a small skillet
  3. Season and shape potatoes into rectangles
  4. Place seasoned potato rectangles into hot oil.
  5. Cook each side for appx.
  6. 5-7 min and flip as needed.
