  • 1 c. self-rising flour
  • 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c. milk

Instructions

  1. Add self-rising flour, mayonnaise, and milk to a bowl; mix until moist and well combined.
  2. Grease a muffin pan well.
  3. Drop the batter into the prepared muffin pan, filling each cup about three-quarters full.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 10 to 15 minutes, until golden brown.
