Rena'S Mincemeat Bread
A moist, spiced bread with rich mincemeat and pumpkin flavors, perfect for holiday gatherings or cozy treats, combining warm spices, nuts, and a tender crumb.

Instructions
- Mix white sugar, spices, soda, and salt.
- Add eggs, water, and oil; mix well.
- Combine brown sugar and pumpkin; add to the mixture.
- Blend at low speed until combined, then beat on medium speed for 3 minutes.
- Add the dry mincemeat and chopped nuts; mix thoroughly.
- Spray the inside of wide-mouth pint jars with cooking spray and fill half full with batter.
- Do not put on lids.
- Bake in a 325°F (160°C) oven for 45 minutes.
- Remove from oven and seal immediately.
