Quick Meatless Lasagna

Ingredients

  • 1 small container Ricotta cheese
  • 3 c. (12 oz.) Mozzarella, divided
  • 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 (30 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce, divided
  • 9 lasagna noodles, uncooked

Instructions

  1. Mix Ricotta, 1/2 of the Mozzarella and 1/4 cup Parmesan together.
  2. Layer 1/4 of sauce, 3 noodles, 1/3 Ricotta in 13 x 9-inch dish.
  3. Repeat layers twice, ending with sauce.
  4. Top with remaining Mozzarella and 1/4 cup Parmesan.
  5. Bake at 350° for 55 minutes.
  6. Stand 10 minutes before serving.
