Quick Onion Butter

Ingredients

  • 1 1/3 cups butter, softened
  • 1 None red onion, peeled and finely diced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp orange juice

Instructions

  1. Beat the butter until creamy with the whisk of a mixer. Add the onion, oil and orange juice and mix well. Season with salt and black pepper.
  2. Line a small tureen with kitchen foil, spoon in the butter and smooth out. Cover and chill.
