Ingredients

  • 1 (28-ounce) can diced tomatoes with roasted garlic
  • 1 small red onion, chopped
  • 1 large jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped
  • 1 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons sugar (optional)
  • Tortilla chips

Instructions

  1. Combine first 9 ingredients and, if desired, sugar in a large bowl. Cover and chill until ready to serve. Serve with tortilla chips.
