Ingredients

  • 5 c. scalded milk
  • 1 1/4 c. grated cheese
  • 6 eggs, separated (beat whites)
  • 2 c. instant Idaho potato flakes

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients; fold in egg whites last.
  2. Season to taste.
  3. Bake 1 1/2 hours or more at 325°.
