Instructions
- Cook and stir ground beef and onion in 10-inch skillet until beef is brown; drain.
- Stir in seasoning mix (dry) and water. Heat to boiling; reduce heat.
- Simmer, uncovered, 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Spoon beef mixture onto chips.
- Top with remaining ingredients.
