Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. ground beef or turkey
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • 1 can chili con carne (optional)
  • 1 can chili con carne with beans
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 small pkg. corn Fritos
  • 1/2 can black olives

Instructions

  1. In a casserole, layer the cooked meat and onions with olives. Layer of corn Fritos and layer of beans and cheese.
  2. Build up the layers, starting and topping with corn Fritos.
  3. Bake in 325° to 350° oven for about 1/2 hour.
