A refreshing, fruity punch perfect for weddings and parties, combining jello, pineapple juice, and ginger ale for a cool, slushy beverage that guests will enjoy.

Ingredients

  • 2 packages jello (any flavor)
  • 2 cups hot water
  • 46 ounces pineapple juice
  • 2 liters ginger ale

Instructions

  1. Mix the jello and hot water together until dissolved.
  2. Add pineapple juice and enough water to make one gallon total.
  3. Pour the mixture into a container and freeze until solid.
  4. Set out the frozen punch two or three hours before serving.
  5. Just before serving, add the ginger ale to the frozen punch to create a slushy beverage.
