Ingredients

  • 1 c. water
  • 1 c. cubed potatoes
  • 1/2 c. carrot slices
  • 1/2 c. celery slices
  • 3/4 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 1 c. turkey ham, diced

Instructions

  1. Microwave water and vegetables on High for 12 minutes.
  2. Stir after 6 minutes.
  3. Stir in ham and cheese.
  4. Cover and microwave on High for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted and soup is heated thoroughly.
