A quick and easy peach cobbler featuring sweet sliced peaches, cinnamon, and a moist cake topping, perfect for comforting desserts or casual gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 large can sliced peaches
  • 1 large can water
  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 stick oleo (butter)
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Melt 1 stick of oleo (butter) in a long cake pan in the oven.
  2. Remove the pan from the oven and pour the dry yellow cake mix evenly over the melted oleo.
  3. Pour the large can of sliced peaches over the cake mix.
  4. Add the large can of water, sprinkle cinnamon and sugar over the peaches.
  5. Stir lightly to combine ingredients slightly.
  6. Bake in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for approximately 35 to 40 minutes, until done.
