Ingredients

  • 3 large potatoes
  • 1 cup of matured cheese
  • 1 12 cups milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 slices bacon
  • salt
  • pepper
  • i onion
  • 1 garlic clove

Instructions

  1. Peel potatoes.
  2. Grate potatoes and cheese.
  3. Coarsely chop bacon.
  4. Chop onion.
  5. Crush garlic clove.
  6. Add all ingredients to a bowl.
  7. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  8. You may add aromic herbs if you desire.
  9. Mix until all ingredients are combined.
  10. Pour mixture into a greased casserole dish.
  11. Bake in 180 degree celsius oven for 70 minutes or until top is golden brown.
