Ramono Cheese Dip

Ingredients

  • 16 oz. cream cheese
  • 2 c. milk
  • 2 tsp. minced garlic
  • 1 1/2 c. grated romano cheese
  • 1 loaf Hawaiian Bread

Instructions

  1. Put cream cheese in ceramic dish. Microwave two minutes on high. Gradually stir in milk unitl blended. Add garlic and parmesan cheese. Cook uncovered in microwave for 3 to 4 minutes, stirring once or twice until cheese melts and thickens. Times may vary with differnt microwaves. The dip is done when it is a nice, thick consistency.
  2. Cube bread and serve.
