Ingredients

  • 3 to 4 medium baking potatoes
  • 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1 pkg. (4 oz.) dry Ranch salad dressing mix

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Wash potatoes and leave skin on.
  3. Slice potatoes into 1/4-inch thick slices.
  4. Place sliced potatoes, approximately 4 cups, into a bowl with a fitted lid.
  5. Add vegetable oil; stir to coat.
  6. Add dry Ranch salad dressing mix.
  7. Cover bowl with lid and shake until potatoes are coated.
  8. Line potato slices in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  9. Do not overlap slices.
  10. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes or until potatoes are brown.
  11. Serve warm.
