Ingredients

  • 1 can cherry pie filling
  • 2 sticks margarine
  • 1 large can crushed pineapple
  • 1 yellow cake mix (dry)
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 cup flaked coconut

Instructions

  1. Melt 1 stick of margarine in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
  2. Layer the cherry pie filling, crushed pineapple, and yellow cake mix (dry) in the pan in that order.
  3. Top with the remaining melted stick of margarine.
  4. Sprinkle chopped pecans and flaked coconut over the top.
  5. Bake at 350°F for about 60 minutes or until golden brown on top.
  6. Serve warm topped with whipped cream or a scoop of ice cream.
