Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1/2 lb. skinless, boneless chicken breast strips
  • 1 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch salad dressing mix
  • 1 (6 oz.) pkg. thawed vegetable medley
  • 2 Tbsp. water

Instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet.
  2. Add chicken strips and stir in the salad dressing packet.
  3. Add vegetables and 2 tablespoons of water to the skillet.
  4. Stir-fry for about 2 minutes until cooked through.
