Ingredients

  • 1 c. unsweetened, thawed, frozen raspberries
  • 3/4 c. boiling water
  • 1 envelope (four 1/2-c. servings) raspberry flavored gelatin
  • ice cubes
  • 1/2 c. cold water
  • 2 c. skim milk

Instructions

  1. Use four 8-ounce dessert dishes.
  2. Divide raspberries in dessert dishes; set aside.
  3. Combine boiling water and gelatin in bowl until dissolved.
  4. Add ice cubes to cold water to measure 1 1/4 cups.
  5. Add to gelatin until slightly thickened.
  6. Remove unmelted ice.
  7. Pour gelatin in each dessert dish.
  8. Refrigerate 20 minutes until partially set.
