- Use four 8-ounce dessert dishes.
- Divide raspberries in dessert dishes; set aside.
- Combine boiling water and gelatin in bowl until dissolved.
- Add ice cubes to cold water to measure 1 1/4 cups.
- Add to gelatin until slightly thickened.
- Remove unmelted ice.
- Pour gelatin in each dessert dish.
- Refrigerate 20 minutes until partially set.
