Ingredients

  • 1 angel food cake, baked and broken in pieces
  • 3 oz. Jell-O raspberry or strawberry flavor

Instructions

  1. Mix the Jell-O with 1 cup boiling water, then add 2 cups cold water and stir until combined.
  2. Let the mixture stand over ice water until thickened.
  3. Blend in Cool Whip and fold in the fruit.
  4. Pour the mixture into a prepared pan and let set in the refrigerator.
  5. In a saucepan, mix raspberry juice with 2 tablespoons sugar and 1 tablespoon cornstarch over heat until the mixture is clear and thickened.
  6. Drizzle the raspberry glaze over the set cake before serving.
