Raspberry-Balsamic Mushrooms

Ingredients

  • 1 cup white mushroom, sliced
  • 12 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 14 teaspoon black pepper
  • 18 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 18 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 18 teaspoon chipolte chili powder
  • cooking spray
  • 1 teaspoon raspberry balsamic vinegar

Instructions

  1. Toss 1st 6 ingredients in roasting pan.
  2. Spray w cooking spray and toss again.
  3. Roast @ 450 degrees for 15 minute Remove from oven and drizzle with balsamic.
  4. Adjust seasonings.
  5. Serve immediately or cool and use to top a salad.
