- Bring the beet juice and Sure-Jell to a hard boil in a large pot.
- Stir in sugar, raspberry Jello, and lemon juice until well combined.
- Bring the mixture to a boil again and boil hard for 6 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat and let stand a few minutes off heat.
- Skim off any foam or impurities from the surface.
- Pour the hot jelly into sterilized jars and seal with wax or lids.
