Ingredients

  • 6 cups beet juice
  • 2 packages Sure-Jell
  • 8 cups sugar
  • 2 (3 oz.) boxes raspberry Jello

Instructions

  1. Bring the beet juice and Sure-Jell to a hard boil in a large pot.
  2. Stir in sugar, raspberry Jello, and lemon juice until well combined.
  3. Bring the mixture to a boil again and boil hard for 6 minutes, stirring constantly.
  4. Remove from heat and let stand a few minutes off heat.
  5. Skim off any foam or impurities from the surface.
  6. Pour the hot jelly into sterilized jars and seal with wax or lids.
