Raspberry Champagne Punch

- In blender container, puree the thawed red raspberries.
- In a large punch bowl, combine the pureed raspberries, lemon juice, sugar, and red wine; stir until the sugar dissolves.
- Just before serving, scoop raspberry sherbet into the punch bowl.
- Add the chilled Asti Spumante or champagne to the punch bowl.
- Stir gently to mix and serve.
