Ingredients

  • 2 (10 oz.) packages frozen raspberries, thawed
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 bottle red Rose wine, chilled
  • 1 bottle Aste Spumante, chilled

Instructions

  1. Puree the thawed raspberries in a blender or food processor.
  2. Mix the raspberry puree with lemon juice and dissolved sugar.
  3. Combine the raspberry mixture with chilled red wine and Aste Spumante in a large pitcher or bowl.
  4. Optional: Add raspberry sherbet for extra flavor and creaminess.
  5. Serve immediately in glasses garnished with fresh raspberries if desired.
