Raspberry-Cream Tart

- Preheat oven to 375°.
- In medium bowl, combine first 3 ingredients.
- With hand, knead mixture until blended.
- Pat pastry onto bottom and up side of a 10-inch tart pan with removable bottom.
- Bake 20 minutes, or until pastry is golden.
- In cup, beat egg white; use to brush hot pastry shell.
- Cool pastry shell in pan on wire rack.
- Remove side from pan.
