Raspberry Limeade

Raspberry Limeade is a refreshing, vibrant beverage combining the tartness of fresh raspberries with zesty lime juice. Perfect for summer gatherings or a cool treat, it offers a delightful balance of sweet and tangy flavors, garnished with fresh mint for an added touch of freshness.

Ingredients

  • 2 c. raspberries
  • 3 1/2 c. water
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. lime juice (fresh)
  • mint sprigs (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a blender or food processor, puree 1 cup of raspberries with 1 cup of water.
  2. Force the raspberry puree through a fine sieve set over a pitcher, pressing hard on the solids.
  3. Add the remaining 1 cup of raspberries, remaining 2 1/2 cups of water, sugar, and lime juice to the pitcher.
  4. Stir the mixture until the sugar is dissolved.
  5. Divide the limeade among tall glasses, fill with ice cubes, and garnish each drink with mint sprigs.
