Refreshing raspberry-orange pops combining tangy citrus and sweet berry flavors, perfect for hot days or a light dessert, appealing to both kids and adults alike.

Ingredients

  • 6 oz. can frozen orange juice concentrate
  • 12 oz. can evaporated skimmed milk
  • 18 oz. container raspberry low-fat yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp. honey

Instructions

  1. Combine the frozen orange juice concentrate, evaporated skimmed milk, raspberry low-fat yogurt, and honey in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and well mixed.
  3. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds or small paper cups with sticks.
  4. Freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
  5. To serve, run warm water over the outside of the molds to loosen the pops and enjoy.
