Raspberry Purée

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh raspberry
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 4 teaspoons powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Mush the raspberries in a small saucepan.
  2. Add the water, and turn stove top to medium.
  3. Stir for at least 5 mins.
  4. Bring to a simmer for 5-7 mins.
  5. Add in the powdered sugar, on teaspoon at a time.
  6. Optional: blend puree in blender for smoother texture.
