Ingredients

  • 4 cucumbers, peeled and sliced
  • 1 large onion, sliced in rings
  • 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • vinegar

Instructions

  1. Peel and slice the cucumbers into not thin slices.
  2. Slice the large onion into rings.
  3. In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise and sugar to make a creamy dressing.
  4. Add vinegar gradually until the dressing reaches desired creaminess and tang.
  5. Pour the dressing over the cucumbers and onion rings.
  6. Toss gently to coat all the vegetables evenly.
  7. Refrigerate before serving to allow flavors to meld.
