Ravioli Dough

Instructions
- Sift flour and salt together and place on board.
- Drop eggs in center.
- Add butter and mix.
- Add enough water to make a rather stiff dough.
- Knead until smooth.
- Cover; let stand 10 minutes. Divide dough; roll on lightly floured board until very thin.
- Fill with cheese or meat mixture and seal.
- Pinch the edges together with fingers.
- Place in rapid boiling, salted water.
- Cook 10 minutes.
- Drain and add to spaghetti sauce.
