Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. cold milk
  • 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 2 sticks butter or margarine (the low cost spread will do)
  • 1 c. granulated sugar

Instructions

  1. Mix cold milk and cornstarch together until cornstarch dissolves.
  2. Heat mixture over medium heat, stirring constantly or until your arm becomes paralyzed.
  3. Suddenly the mixture will be come thick like custard.
  4. Stir a few more times.
  5. Allow mixture to cool completely.
  6. Can put mixture in refrigerator to cool quicker.
