Ingredients
- 3 cups red beet water ⓘ
- 4 cups granulated sugar
- 1 package Sure-Jell
Instructions
- Cook red beets and take 3 cups of the water they were cooked in. Bring the red beet water to a boil.
- Mix gelatin and Sure-Jell. Quickly add to the boiling juice to dissolve.
- Remove from heat; add sugar immediately and stir well.
- Pour the mixture into jars and seal.
- Let the jelly set before serving. Makes 4 to 5 cups.
