Ingredients

  • 2 boxes cherry Jell-O
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 large cans pineapple juice
  • 2 c. boiling water
  • 7 c. cool water
  • 1 qt. ginger ale

Instructions

  1. Dissolve Jell-O in 2 cups boiling water.
  2. Add sugar and additional water.
  3. Add juice; mix well.
  4. Freeze, stirring occasionally.
  5. Add 1 quart ginger ale just before serving.
