Red Pepper Pasta
Ingredients
Instructions
- Saute chopped peppers and onion in a bit of oil, preferably olive oil.
- Add canned tomatoes and simmer 15 minutes until peppers are soft.
- Puree at least half of the sauce and add back to remaining sauce.
- Serve over cooked pasta.
